The fact is that if a Water Filter System is not serviced on time, using quality and correct replacement filters, parts and by a properly trained Water Technician, then it could be more of a health hazard than tap water. Also, you may find your warranty becomes void and you won’t be covered by your home or workplace insurance in the event of water damages occurring.

What is involved in a PWS Service?

A PWS Service consists of the following: (every 12 months + unlimited service call-outs throughout the year, if and when required).

A service reminder is sent to you, our service office confirms a suitable time (available between 8am-8pm, 6 days per week) for a PWS Service Technician to attend. Your PWS Pure Water System includes all components being stripped down, sanitised with an all natural cleaner, routine service includes any seals and ‘O’ rings being replaced, replacement of Filter Cartridges with quality new genuine items, a 10 point safety check, pressure test, water quality check test, placed all back together and signed off on service card. Also, where installed includes – Pure Shower Water System replacement cartridge service & accessories update.
